We take your privacy seriously and will only retain the information required to contact you in regard to Winter Gardens Trust membership or to share news and events from the Trust it is reasonable to assume you should know.

To distribute the membership bulletins we use Mail Chimp on-line which retains a copy of your email address to do so. We may also email you from our address which is hosted by Rackspace. This system retains your email address and your name (usually first name and surname).

We will remove all personal information from our database 3 months after a membership has lapsed. 

We do not share any of your personal information with third parties.

At anytime, you are entitled to request what personal information is retained by the Trust and have the right to be removed from any databases we hold.

How we use cookies
